Made-to-Order Items

Please note that the items you are purchasing are made to order specifically for you. This means that once your order is placed, the creation process begins.

No Refunds or Exchanges

Due to the personalized nature of made-to-order items, we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges. Please carefully review your order details, including any customizations (size, color, etc.), before submitting your purchase. We encourage you to reach out to our customer support team with any questions you may have prior to placing your order.

 

Shipping and Delivery

  • Processing Time: Please allow 3 to 5 business days for your made-to-order item to be processed and prepared for shipment. This timeframe accounts for the creation of your unique piece.

  • Delivery Time: Following the processing period, please anticipate a delivery timeframe of 2 to 3 weeks for your item to arrive. Please understand that delivery times can vary depending on your location and other factors outside of our control.

  • Shipping Responsibility: Once your order has been shipped and tracking information has been provided, we are no longer responsible for any loss, damage, or delays that may occur during transit. Please contact the shipping carrier directly to resolve any issues related to delivery.
